It was great that air help responded to my refund request as quick as possible. I was informed periodically about the progress of the request. It was really nice that through times i knew what was gojng on with the request and the possible decision on the refund. Finally when my request was approved and was given some days till the money will be sent to my bank account , i sent the iban and after a few hours i had the money.
